But it doesn't mean that your people experience should go down the drain because of it.
Sometimes, in order to keep your business going, you need to restructure and make some drastic changes, which may mean letting people go. It's hard for everybody, and having experienced it ourselves, we know the toll it takes on people.
But your people experience shouldn't stop there, and it's only right that you assist your employees through what can be an incredibly tough and stressful time.
We are here to help you do just that, and there are 2 ways we can do this:
We will come to your offices and work one on one with your people affected by redundancies or restructures, and do 2x1h coaching sessions with them.
At the end of the first session, they will have a fully-fledged CV and be coached on how to optimize and change their CV to apply for roles.
At the end of the second session, they will be coached on how to prepare for interviews and be given tools to equip them for their job search.
They will also be given collaterals to help them outside of the coaching sessions.
If more support is needed, we can design some ad-hoc coaching sessions, to be discussed at the time.
Rate: $300/h + GST
