So we are introducing our Unbundled Services. Where you can basically use us for part of your recruitment process, only paying a fraction of what a full process would cost.

It looks like this:

Advertising Services : where we advertise for you, screen applications and forward you CVs that deem suitable, AND provide feedback to candidates for you. $1000.00 + GST per advert + cost of advertising on your chosen platform

Phone Shortlisting services : we advertise for you, screen applications, and phone screen candidates before presenting you with a shortlist. $1500.00 + GST + cost of advertising on your chosen platform.

Interview Shortlisting Services : we do all the above, and interview candidates in person or video before presenting you with a shortlist. $2000.00 + GST per advert + cost of the advertising on your chosen platform.

Proactive candidate sourcing : we use our Seek and Linkedin licences to proactively source candidates, gather their CVs and send them to you for review. $2500.00 + GST

Job Description writing : we will write your JDs for you within 48h. $750.00 + GST

Interview Support : We will participate in your interviews alongside a member of your team to provide support, direction and expertise. $300.00 + GST per interview

Interview Questionnaire : we will support your hiring team by drafting a personalised interview questionnaire they can use to interview candidates. $750.00 + GST.

Reference checking : we will do checks for you to save you time. $300.00 + GST per reference.
